MembersFirst Names John Blake Chief Executive Officer Founder Anthony Baudanza to Continue as Chairman
Wayland, MA - November 27, 2005 - MembersFirst, Inc, the leading provider of Member Relationship Management (MRM) software, interactive web site design and development, and communication management solutions to the leisure and hospitality industry, today announced the appointment of John Blake to President and Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Tony Baudanza, the founder and current CEO who assumes the title and position of Chairman effective immediately.

Blake most recently served as MembersFirst's Chief Operating Officer, a position he has held for seventeen months following his service as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development upon joining the company in April 2003. Prior to MembersFirst, Blake held a number of executive management positions at both established and early stage companies in the new media, technology, publishing and integrated marketing services industries, including Student Advantage, Myteam.com, Ziff Davis, Dun & Bradstreet, and Datacom Systems Corporation.
